The seniors at Lincoln High School, San Diego, need the community's support to fund a scholarship in the memory of Monique Palmer, a college-bound student, who was a victim of neighborhood gang violence. The Monique Palmer scholarship will be awarded to a Lincoln student(s), with the passion to eventually return to the Lincoln High School community--after college graduation--to be part of the positive change taking place here.
